COMMUNITY WELLBEING PROGRAMMES

Support that makes room for the whole person.

Our programmes bring professional conversation, restorative experiences and reflection into one guided journey.

Exact content, eligibility, duration and cost depend on the programme and its funding. Current availability is always confirmed before a place is offered.

THE INTEGRATED MODEL

Three elements. One supported pathway.

No single element is presented as a complete answer. The value comes from a responsible sequence shaped around participant needs.

01

Professional conversation

Structured, confidential emotional support delivered by an appropriately qualified counsellor within clear professional boundaries.

02

Restorative experience

A private float or infrared sauna session creates time away from noise, demands and everyday sensory pressure.

03

Supported reflection

Guided writing, art or conversation can help participants notice, express and make sense of their experience.

HOW PROGRAMMES MAY BE DELIVERED

Flexible enough for context. Clear enough for trust.

Individual pathways

A defined sequence of supported sessions for eligible individuals, with clear entry, participation and follow-up.

Community cohorts

A programme shaped with a community organisation around the needs, barriers and context of a particular group.

Funded places

Fully funded or subsidised places made possible through grants, commissioning, sponsorship or partnership support.

Learning pilots

Time-limited delivery used to test access, experience and outcomes before a programme is developed further.

SAFE, INFORMED PARTICIPATION

Clear boundaries before anyone begins.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY

Places depend on active programme funding.

Funded and subsidised places are not continuously available. An enquiry lets us explain what is currently open, what eligibility applies and whether another route may be more appropriate.

Contacting the CIC does not guarantee a place, and you do not need to disclose detailed health information in your first email.
