- Appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Risk assessment proportionate to each programme
- Consent and participant choice throughout delivery
- Escalation where there is a risk of serious harm
Confidentiality and its limits
We respect confidentiality. However, information may need to be shared where there is a serious concern about your safety, another person’s safety, abuse, neglect or a legal requirement. Wherever possible, this will be discussed with you first.
Emergencies
FLOAT ONE Wellbeing CIC is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent health advice in Scotland, contact NHS 24 on 111.
