ACCESS COMMUNITY WELLBEING SUPPORT

Begin with a conversation, not a commitment.

You can contact FLOAT ONE Wellbeing CIC directly to ask about current programmes, eligibility and funded or subsidised places.

You do not need a professional referral to make an initial enquiry. Availability varies, and contacting us does not guarantee a programme place.

A gentle first stepYou do not need to have everything worked out.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A clear first step, at your pace.

01

Send a brief enquiry

Tell us your name, how to contact you and that you are interested in CIC support. You do not need to explain everything in your first message.

02

Have a confidential conversation

We will explain current programmes, funded-place availability and ask enough to understand whether there may be a suitable next step.

03

Make an informed choice

If a programme may be suitable, we will explain what it includes, any cost, privacy, accessibility and what participation involves.

WHO MAY BENEFIT

Support designed around barriers and wellbeing needs.

You may wish to enquire if you are:
  • Experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma or burnout
  • Waiting for other mental health support
  • Unable to access private services because of cost
  • Looking for a supported, restorative programme
Before a place is offered, we will discuss:
  • Whether a current programme matches your needs
  • Availability and any eligibility requirements
  • Accessibility, privacy and informed consent
  • Any cost and the expected programme commitment
