FLOAT ONE Wellbeing CIC reserves funded float therapy, infrared sauna, and BACP counselling sessions for Glasgow adults facing both mental health challenges and financial barriers. Our clear criteria ensure support reaches those who need it most.

Priority 1: Highest Need
You may qualify immediately if you meet all these criteria:
Aged 16+ and living in (or accessing GP care in) Glasgow
Diagnosed mental health condition (anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic stress, etc.)
On means-tested benefits like Universal Credit or Adult Disability Payment
Unable to afford private therapy (£40-60/session)
Example: Someone recovering from surgery, managing anxiety/depression on benefits, and missing cold water swimming/sauna benefits due to cost.
Priority 2: Referred Cases
Funded places (when available) for:
Diagnosed mental health needs
GP, social prescriber, or charity referral
Would benefit from our therapies alongside NHS/third sector care
