• Attend counselling/float/sauna sessions (basic attendance records)

BACP counselling data is kept separate by our registered counsellor per BACP Ethical Framework.

• Process session applications and eligibility

• Arrange appointments and send confirmations

• Provide tailored wellbeing support

• Comply with safeguarding obligations

• Report anonymised outcomes to funders
   

3. Legal basis

• Consent for marketing/wellbeing communications

• Legitimate interest for service delivery

• Legal obligation for safeguarding/CIC reporting
   

4. Who we share data with

• BACP counsellor (your sessions only, confidential)

• Funders (anonymised stats only)

• GPs/referrers (with explicit consent)

• No third party marketing
   

5. Data retention

• Contact forms: 12 months

• Counselling records: 8 years post-therapy (BACP/GDPR)

• Session attendance: 3 years for funding reports
